Monthly ReverieBox Beauty & Grooming Subscriptions
(A) Before every ReverieBox beauty package is shipped, several rounds of rigorous quality checks are performed in order to eliminate any possibilities of accidental deliveries and ensuring a hassle free shopping experience to you. In the case of accidental transit damages of any kind within your products from ReverieBox, we then request you kindly contact us. Please make sure that the issue has been communicated to us within 48 hours of receiving your ReverieBox beauty package. You may also contact us via email, email@example.com with images of the damaged products clicked by you. We completely regret any inconveniences or bad experiences caused to you, and continually strive to relegate a top-notch and luxurious shopping adventures.
(B) Every ReverieBox beauty box is carefully curated before being shipped in order to ensure that the exact same products never reach our beloved people on the trot. Providing a unique experience with the possibilities of exploring diverse cosmetic products that do not cause any harm is the reason for the inception of ReverieBox in the first place. In the rare event of receiving the same products on consecutive months (as identified by the unique email address), we would be more than happy to replace the product with another one.
Address Change Requests
Ongoing Subscriptions: If you are unlikely to be available at the address as specified in our records for the delivery, then you can drop in a request for us to hold your shipment and ship it out at a later time for you.
Address changes for new subscription should be updated via email within 48 hours of placing any orders. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your new address and we’d do the rest.
Shipment Hold Request
Order Hold Requests for the new monthly subscriptions should be updated via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email to email@example.com with the details of your new address and we’d do the rest.
Due to the unavailability of the purchasing member, the prepaid orders that are returned to us do accept the parcel (member unavailable, out of station, incomplete address, member shifted, etc.) would be shipped at a later stage, after prior communication with you. All orders that are marked as COD and are returned to us for the unavailability of the customer, then a minimal postal charge would be accrued on the delivery of the same, or if the payment for the same has been made online.
ReverieBox shall not be held responsible for any incorrect or misleading information available on the online portal, whether absolute or incomplete.
